President of Republic Sends Condolences Cable to Emir of Kuwait
His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following cable of condolences to Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait:
« Your Highness,
It is with profound sadness and sorrow we receive the death of de Cheikh Mansour Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Moubarak Al Sabah.
On this painful occasion, I, and on behalf of the Mauritanian people and government, extend my deepest condolences to Your Highness and the brotherly state of Kuwait and its people, imploring Allah, the Almighty, to bless the departed with his vast mercy and grant him the paradise. To Allah, we belong and to Him, we shall return.
