Social Action Minister receives Delegation of UN Organizations and Bodies Working in Mauritania

On Friday at her office in Nouakchout, the Minister of Social Action, Children and Family, Mrs. Safia Ntahah, received a delegation of United Nations organizations and bodies working in our country

The minister discussed with the UN delegation ways to develop and implement an integrated program to address aggression in general and sexual violence in particular.

The UN delegation includes the Resident Representative of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Mr. Kabir Madghari, the representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Ms. Teresa Alberto, and the Resident Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Ms. Olka Sankara.
