President of Republic Arrives in Kaedi from Toufendi

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, arrived on Monday evening in Kaedi, the capital of Gorgol State, from Toufendi Cive, as part of an inspection visit and to inaugurate development projects in the state commemorating the 64th anniversary of national independence.

The people of Kaedi gave a popular reception to the President of the Republic, lining the roads from the entrance of the city to his residence, holding enlarged pictures of His Excellency and banners expressing welcome and praise for the achievements made for the country in general and Gorgol State in particular.
