Closure of the Fifty-Ninth Regular Session of the Council of Ministers of “SILS”

The fifty-ninth ordinary session of the Council of Ministers of the Permanent Joint Committee to Combat the Effects of Drought in the Sahel (SEALS) concluded Tuesday evening in Nouakchott under the chairmanship of Chadian Minister of Agricultural Production and Industrialization, Keda Ballah, Coordinating Minister of the Permanent Joint Commission to Combat the Effects of Drought in the Sahel.
On this occasion, the Chadian Minister, the coordinating minister of “Sils”, expressed his satisfaction with the atmosphere that characterized the work of this session, which was held in the beautiful city of Nouakchott.
