Minister of Economy and Finance holds Talks with the Head of the EU Delegation

The Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Sid’ Ahmed Ould Bouh, held a meeting on Thursday morning at the Ministry’s premises with the Head of the Delegation of the European Union, H.E. Ambassador Joaquin Tasso Villalonga, surrounded by a number of staff of the Representation of the European Union in our country.
The meeting was devoted to discussing the coordination, activation and implementation of the EU’s budget support of €100 million over two years.
This support comes within the framework of the partnership between our country and the European Union, which is a strategic partner that contributes to strengthening our country’s development efforts.
In addition to the Minister, the meeting was attended by the Director General for Finance and Economic Cooperation, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Nani, and the Assistant Director General, Mahfoudh Ould Ibrahim, Coordinator of the European Union Delegation.
