General Delegate of t’azur holds talks with a Joint Mission From the World Bank and the French Development Agency

The General Delegate for National Solidarity and Combating Exclusion “t’azur”, Mr. Cheikh Ould Bedda, held talks on Wednesday in his office with a joint mission of the World Bank and the French Development Agency, including Ms. Alain Codell, Regional Advisor for Adaptive Social Protection in the Sahel Region at the World Bank, and Mr. Agnes Moncam Davrat, the new Director of the French Development Agency in Mauritania.

During the meeting, an overview was made on the tasks entrusted to t’azur, including His Excellency the Delegate General, our country’s vision for social protection and the future prospects of various programs related to social protection in our country.

This meeting was an opportunity for His Excellency the Delegate General to brief the joint mission on the areas of T’azur intervention for the benefit of vulnerable groups throughout the national territory and the future prospects for the work of the sector.

 

The meeting also touched on the social protection program adapted to the Sahel region implemented by the World Bank.

The meeting took place in the presence of the Secretary-General of the General Delegation for National Solidarity and Combating Exclusion, Mr. Sadvi Ould Sidi Mohamed, and a number of officials from t’azur, the World Bank and the French Development Agency.
