Prime Minister Receives IMF Delegation

On 2 October, in Nouakchott, Prime Minister Mokhtar Ould Diay received a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) led by Mr. Regis Nsonde, the Executive Director of the Fund and representative of African Group II, of which Mauritania is a member, at the Fund’s Board of Directors.

The meeting provided an opportunity to examine the various areas of cooperation and partnership between Mauritania and this international financial organization, ways to strengthen and develop them, and issues and developments of common interest.
