President of Republic, AU Chairperson, Receives UN Secretary General

On 22 September, in New York, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic and Chairperson of the African Union, met with Mr. Antonio Guterres, the UN Secretary General.

The meeting focused on some African issues and international developments.

At the end of the meeting, the President of the Republic recorded his impressions in the register reserved for high-ranking personalities visiting the United Nations.
