President of Republic Congratulates Mali’s Transitional President

On 21 September, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency Colonel Assimi Goïta, the President of the Transitional Authority, Head of State of the sisterly Republic of Mali, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.

The message reads as follows:

“Mr. President and Dear Brother,

The celebration of your country’s National Day offers me the happy opportunity to extend my warm congratulations and my best wishes for progress and prosperity to the brotherly Malian people.

I take this opportunity to assure you of our firm determination to work together to develop cooperative relations between our two countries and to strengthen the bonds of friendship and fraternity that unite our two brotherly people.
