2024 Presidential Elections: Candidate Hamadi Sidi Mokhtar Chairs Electoral Evening in Atar

“The Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) has once again disappointed by insisting on unilateral action,” declared Mr. Hamadi Sidi Mokhtar Mohamed Abdi, the candidate for the 2024 presidential elections. He affirmed that the CENI refused the candidates’ request to examine and audit the electoral list fairly and transparently.

During the electoral evening, he reviewed his electoral project, which places particular importance on tourism, committing to building infrastructure to provide a suitable tourism environment to attract tourists.

He said that based on the visits he had made to the northern wilayas in general, all indicators confirmed the success of his project, calling on activists to stand up to all kinds of fraud to achieve change.

He stressed that the Mauritanian people are tired of the broken promises of previous regimes and are looking forward to radical change that takes into account the real problems of citizens and the fundamental problems of the country, noting that citizens have not benefited from the wealth of the country because of corruption.

Candidate Hamadi Sidi Mokhtar asked Mauritanian citizens to intensify their efforts to bring change on 29 June.
