President of the Constitutional Council heads to France

The President of the Constitutional Council, Diallo Mamadou Bathia, left Nouakchott for France at dawn on Wednesday to participate in the work of the Conference of Presidents of Francophone Constitutional Bodies, which will be held in Paris from 12-16 June.
