Mauritania, Oman Sign Several MoUs

On 11 June, in Nouakchott, Mauritania and the Sultanate of Oman signed several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) relating to political consultations, diplomatic training, studies, research, cooperation in the fields of oil, gas, minerals, and energy, as well as communications and information technologies.

The MoUs were signed on the Mauritanian side by Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, and, on the Omani side, by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
