President of Republic Congratulates Syrian Counterpart

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following congratulatory message to His Excellency Mr. Bashar El Assad, President of the Arab Republic of Syria, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its National Day:

Your country’s celebration of its National Day gives me a good opportunity to express to your Excellency my warmest congratulations, wishing the brotherly Syrian people further progress and prosperity.

I seize this opportunity to renew to you our keenness to continue efforts to strengthen and develop the existing cooperative relations between our two countries to serve the interests of our two brotherly peoples.
