President of Republic, Chairperson of African Union Receives Senegalese Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, Chairperson of the African Union, received Saturday, in Banjul, the President of the Republic of Senegal, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye.

The meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the 15th session of the Islamic Summit Conference, focused on relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to strengthen them, as well as some African and international issues of common interest.
