Minister of National Defense Decorates Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces

The Minister of National Defense, Mr. Hanenna Ould Sidi, decorated today, Tuesday, on behalf of the president of the republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ould El Ghazouani, Lt. General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, with the commander medal in the Order of national merit.

The decoration ceremony was attended by The Chief of the General staff of Armies, Major General Mohamed Bamba Meguet, the Chief of the Special Staff of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Lt. Gen. Isselkou Ould Cheikh El Wely, the Secretary General of the Ministry of National Defense, Mr. Cheikh Diallo, several high-ranking officers of the Ministry of National Defense, and the delegation accompanying the Chief of Staff of the UAE armed forces.
