Union of Mauritanian Community Offices Praises Adoption of “My Identity” Application

The Union of Mauritanian Communities Offices in the World praised the adoption of the “My Identity” application, which is an important achievement that will help thousands of citizens wherever they are to access their personal data and extract their documents securely through electronic media without the need for personal attendance at the civil status offices.

The Union of Offices said in a statement issued on Wednesday evening, a copy of which was received by the Mauritanian News Agency, that it addresses the highest authorities in Mauritania, headed by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, with full thanks and gratitude on the occasion of the launch of this application, which is very important, especially for citizens outside the country.

The Union of Offices considered that this important achievement comes as an embodiment of the principle of bringing the service closer to the citizen, which is at the heart of the pledges of His Excellency the President of the Republic.
