Mauritania, EU Sign Agreement in Favor of Sahel States Group

On 15 December, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, and Ambassador Gyilym Jones, the Head of the delegation of the European Union in Mauritania, signed an agreement relating to the installation and operation of a regional unit of the European Union responsible for advice and coordination for the benefit of the Sahel States Group.
