National Solidarity General Delegate Meets With UNHCR Mission

On 18 October, in Nouakchott, Mr. Hamoud Ould Mhamed, the General Delegate for National Solidarity and the Fight Against Exclusion (Taazour) met with a delegation from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) currently visiting our country, led by HE Mr. Iman Youssef Karibeh, the Director of its regional office in the Middle East and North Africa.

The mission affirmed that Mauritania is a model in treating refugees to whom it has granted asylum, allowing them to integrate into the various social programs implemented by “Taazour” alongside Mauritanian citizens.
