Foreign Minister Meets With Algerian Counterpart

On 17 October, in Algiers, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, met with Mr. Ahmed Attaf, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad of thesisterly People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, on the sidelines of the 20th session of the meeting of African Ministers of Foreign Affairs with their counterparts of Northern European countries.

The talks addressed the close relations of brotherhood and cooperation between the two countries and the prospects for their strengthening to serve the common interests of the two brotherly people.

The two sides also discussed a range of issues of common interest.
