President of Republic Congratulates Belgian King

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheilkh El Ghazouani, sent Thursday  the following telegram of congratulations to His Majesty king of Belgium Mr. Philippe Léopold Louis Marie:
