President of Republic Congratulates Colombian Counterpart

On 19 July, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Gustavo Petro, the President of the Republic of Colombia.

The message reads as follows:

“Excellency,

On the occasion of the celebration by your country of its National Day, I have the pleasure of expressing to Your Excellency my warm congratulations, wishing the friendly Colombian people more progress and prosperity.

This is the place to also renew to you our desire to work – together – with Your Excellency to strengthen and develop cooperative relations between our two countries to serve the interests of our two friendly people.
