On 9 June, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, the President of the Republic of Portugal, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country:
