On 22 April, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, affirmed, in a tweet on the occasion of the World Creativity and Innovation Day, the commitment to put in place a legal framework that meets the requirements for upgrading startups in Mauritania and stimulates creativity and innovation in the use and development of new technologies.
