• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating development programmes and projects;
• Significant experience in advocacy, support and advice to Governments on good governance policies and strategies as well as the implementation of coordination mechanisms and support from technical and financial partners and the management of multidisciplinary teams;

• Mastery of results-based management tools and very strong skills in developing and managing team spirit;
Strong ability to work under pressure and achieve results in a challenging security environment with good work experience in post-conflict countries (Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast and Niger).

• July 28, 2021 to September 25, 2022: Technical Advisor in charge of legal issues at the Ministry of Agriculture, responsible for the preparation and review of draft legal texts of general scope and institutional reform, draft agreements prepared by the structures of the Department as well as following up on their adoption.
• From May 2020 to July 28, 2021: Project Coordinator of Mauritania’s Partners Support to COVID Response under the auspices of UNDP, responsible for preparing the multisectoral health response plan, mobilizing resources and coordinating its implementation, assessing needs for medical equipment and supplies, reporting to the government and partners, etc.
• December 20, 2018 to April 30, 2019: Consultant, member of a team of consultants in charge of preparing the report of the National Voluntary Review of the Sustainable Development Goals of Mauritania, where it is concerned with assessing the progress made and the constraints that need to be fluctuated in order to achieve the SDGs within the framework of the implementation of the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations and the 2063 of the African Union.
• From October 4 to November 30, 2017: Consultant in charge of the study on the realization of the strategic and organizational review of the model mandate of Trarza, with the aim of mapping the administrative processes and proposing criteria for the organization of decentralized structures of the territorial administration in Mauritania, this study made it possible to reach two important results: (1) On the one hand, it allowed the proposal of model schemes for the functional preparation of administrative departments. (2) On the other hand, it allowed for the development of a model organizational structure.
• 11-15 December 2017: Member of the electoral assessment mission sent by the International Organization of la Francophonie to Niger, Objectives: (1) to meet with authorities, actors and national bodies involved in the electoral process; (2) to collect relevant information and determine both the expectations and needs of electoral bodies and (3) to make relevant recommendations to enable the OIF to develop an action plan for electoral assistance for electoral bodies.
