On 16 February, in Addis Ababa, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received, on the sidelines of the 42nd session of the Executive Council of the African Union , Mr. Kim Unil, an adviser to the South Korean president, in charge of future policies.

The meeting focused on the consolidation of diplomatic and economic relations between the two brotherly countries, in addition to issues of common interest.
