Oil Minister Leaves for Dakar

On 28 January, Mr. Abdessalam Ould Mohamed Saleh, the Minister of Oil, Mines, and Energy left Nouakchott for Dakar to participate in the tenth session of the Mauritanian-Senegalese Joint Advisory Committee for the Development of the Greater Turtle “Ahmeyim” gas field.

The meeting aims to discuss all topics related to the completion of this joint project between the two countries.

In addition to the relevant sectors in the two brotherly countries, Kosmos Energy, BP, and some actors in this gas field development will participate in the three-day meeting.
