President of Republic Launches Public Forums on Justice

The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, supervised Thursday, at the International Conference Center in Nouakchott, the launch of the works of the public forums on justice, organized by the ministry of justice under the theme: ‘’ what justice do we want? ’’.

These forums aims to assess the policies and efforts made to support justice and determine the efficiency of the reforms adopted in this field.

During the six-day forums, the participants will discuss several axes, Including the diagnosis of justice reality, the protection of the rights of litigants, the penitentiary system, penal reform, access to justice and its digitization, and professionals of the sector.
