Mauritania Welcomes Signing of Political Framework agreement by Sudanese Parties

Mauritania expressed its great satisfaction with the signing of a political framework agreement by the Sudanese parties.

Here is the full text of the communiqué issued by the ministry of foreign affairs, cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad:

“The ministry of foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad learnt with great satisfaction the announcement of the signing of the political framework agreement by the Sudanese parties, which constitutes a further step to boost political settlement and respond to the aspirations of the brotherly Sudanese people to resume their path towards stability and development.

The Ministry seizes this occasion to praise the good wills and sincere intentions of the Sudanese parties that made it possible to reach this agreement and commend all the regional efforts that accompanied it. We affirm our full support for everything that would strengthen the unity, security and stability of Sudan.
