President of Republic Congratulates UAE Vice President

On 2 December, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, the Vice President of the State of the United Arab Emirates, President of the Council of Ministers, Governor of Dubai, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country.
