The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad hailed the professional and personal merits of Mr. Ahmed Bezeid Deida, which enabled him to win the post of Vice-Chair of the Executive Office of the African Commission on Nuclear Energy.
In a statement released on 31 August, the Ministry affirmed that it had worked tirelessly to strengthen the presence of national skills in the international and regional spheres.

“The results of the elections for the Executive Bureau of the African Commission Nuclear Energy, which took place on Wednesday, allowed our compatriot Ahmed Bezeid Deida to accede to the post of Vice-Chair of the Executive Bureau.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, salutes the professional and personal merits of our compatriot Ahmed Bezeid Deida, which qualified him to compete for this important and sensitive regional position. The Department seizes the opportunity to stress, once again, its constant eagerness to strengthen the presence of national skills within international and regional organizations, thus reflecting the vision of His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, in this area”.
