President of Republic Congratulates Emir of Qatar

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Friday the following message of congratulations to Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on his country’s celebration of its national day:
