Agriculture Minister Receives Moroccan Ambassador

The Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Sidina Ould Sidi Mohamed Ould Ahmed Ely, received Thursday His Excellency Mr. Hamid Chabar, Moroccan Ambassador to our country.

The meeting dealt with the deep and strategic relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them, particularly in the agricultural field.

The Minister expressed to the Moroccan diplomat Mauritania’s keenness to cooperate with the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco in various fields, especially those related to agricultural production, training, and technology transfer. He noted that the government’s new vision is based on Consultation with all relevant actors and partners.

On his part, the Moroccan diplomat praised the new vision of the Ministry of Agriculture, stressing that his country will spare no effort to materialize this vision.
