Foreign Affairs Minister receives US Deputy National Security Adviser

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, received today, Wednesday, His Excellency Mr. Jonathan Finer, U.S Deputy National Security Adviser, accompanied by a delegation from his country.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the distinguished relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, as well as some issues of common interest, such as security and development challenges in the Sahel region.
