President of Republic Congratulates Mauritanians on Mawlid al-Nabawi

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, extended his congratulations to the Mauritanian people and the Islamic Ummah on the occasion of Mawlid al-Nabawi.

He recalled the values of tolerance and solidarity embodied in the life of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), as well as the values of mercy, justice, and brotherhood conveyed by the message of Islam.

“On the occasion of Mawlid al-Nabawi, we remember the values of tolerance and solidarity embodied in the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), as well as the values of mercy, justice, and brotherhood conveyed by his eternal message.

May our people and the entire Islamic Ummah continue to prosper year after year, and may Allah grant us the opportunity to celebrate this blessed occasion again in safety, peace, and prosperity.”
