Mauritanian Ambassador to Tunisia Presents Copies of Credentials to Tunisian Foreign Minister

Mauritania’s Ambassador to Tunisia, Mohamed El Hassen Boukhreiss, presented copies of his credentials to Tunisia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mohamed Ali Nafti, during a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters in Tunis.
During the meeting, Ambassador Boukhreiss reaffirmed Mauritania’s commitment to further strengthening and expanding its cooperation and partnership with Tunisia across various sectors. He praised the strong ties and mutual understanding that have long characterized relations between the two countries.
The ambassador also underscored the importance of making full use of existing opportunities to broaden bilateral cooperation through more frequent high-level exchanges, with the aim of elevating the partnership between Mauritania and Tunisia to new levels.
For his part, Minister Nafti reaffirmed the deep historical and fraternal relations between Tunisia and Mauritania, stressing the need to continue working closely together to advance bilateral cooperation in ways that serve the shared interests and aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
He also called for enhanced consultation and coordination between the two countries on issues of mutual interest, both bilaterally and within regional and international organizations.
