Foreign Minister Holds Talks with UNGA President

On the sidelines of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, held talks, Wednesday in New York, with Mr. Abdulla Shahid, current President of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

During the meeting, both parties reviewed the priorities of the UN Forum and the Maldivian diplomat’s presidency program for this important institution.
