Mauritania’s Ambassador to Paraguay Presents Credentials

On 18 March in Asunción, H.E. Mr. Ahmed El Mokhtar Bouseif presented his credentials to His Excellency Mr. Santiago Peña, President of the Republic of Paraguay. He did so in his capacity as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the Republic of Paraguay. His residence is in Brasilia.

During the official reception ceremony, the Ambassador conveyed greetings from His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic. He also shared his best wishes to the people and government of Paraguay.

For his part, the President of the Republic of Paraguay asked the Ambassador to convey his greetings and best wishes for the President’s good health, reaffirming his country’s commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation in the interest of the two friendly nations.
