Defense Minister Returns to Nouakchott From Spain

On 7 February, Mr. Hanena Ould Sidi, Minister of Defense, Retirees, and Children of Martyrs’ Affairs, returned to Nouakchott from Spain after participating in the third edition of the World Summit on Responsible Artificial Intelligence in the Military Domain, held in La Coruna, Galicia, on February 4 and 5.

His participation took place at the invitation of the Spanish Minister of Defense, Ms. Margarita Robles.

On the sidelines of the summit, the Minister held official talks with the Spanish Minister of Defense, in the presence of delegations from both countries.

The two sides reviewed areas of cooperation between the two Ministries of Defense and discussed ways to strengthen and further develop this cooperation to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries.
