UNPM President Meets With Morocco’s Ambassador

On 12 January in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Zein El Abidine Cheikh Ahmed, President of Mauritania’s National Union of Employers (UNPM), met with Mr. Hamid Chabar, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Mauritania.

The meeting highlighted the strong economic and trade ties between the economic actors of the two brotherly countries and discussed ways to advance them by encouraging more trade and mutual investment to benefit their private sectors and peoples.

To reinforce this approach, the meeting discussed the upcoming visit by the UNPM President, accompanied by a delegation of Mauritanian businessmen, to Morocco, where they will create new partnerships and strengthen and promote exchanges between the two parties.
