On 25 November, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, returned to Nouakchott from the Republic of Angola, after participating in the 7th AU-EU Summit, held in Luanda on 24 and 25 November.
His Excellency the President was welcomed at Nouakchott Oum Tounsy International Airport by the Prime Minister, the Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency, two Minister Counselors, the Ministers of Justice, Defense, and Interior, the Chief of Special Staff of the President, the Deputy Director of the Cabinet, the Wali of Nouakchott West, and the President of the Nouakchott Region.
His Excellency, the President of the Republic, was accompanied by a large delegation, including:
– Mr. Nani Ould Chrougha, Minister in charge of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic;
– Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad;
– Mr. Mohamed Mekhalla, Mauritanian Ambassador to Angola;
– Mr. El Houssein Ould Naji, Mauritanian Ambassador to Addis Ababa;
– Mr. Ahmedou Idi Mohamed Radhi, Advisor at the Presidency of the Republic;
– Ms. Aïssata Daouda Diallo, Advisor at the Presidency of the Republic;
– Mr. El Hassen Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Protocol.
