On 17 November, Ms. Houda Mint Babah, Minister of Education and Educational Reform, left Nouakchott for Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), to participate in the tenth edition of the Knowledge Summit, organized this year under the theme: “Knowledge Markets: Developing Sustainable Societies.”
