President of Republic Congratulates Moroccan King

On 17 November, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Majesty Mohamed VI, King of the Kingdom of Morocco, on the occasion of his country’s National Day celebrations:
