Minister of Commerce discusses Bilateral Cooperation with the Chinese Ambassador

Nouakchott, November 5, 2025 (AMI) – The Minister of Trade and Tourism, Mrs. Zeinabou Mint Ahmednah, held talks on Wednesday afternoon in her office in Nouakchott with H.E. Tang Zhongdong, the Chinese ambassador to Mauritania.

During this meeting, both parties examined the possibilities of strengthening their bilateral cooperation in the sectors of trade and tourism, and more specifically the trade exchanges between the two friendly countries.The meeting took place in the presence of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Commerce and Tourism, Mr. Amadou El Hadj Gaye, Mr. Guisset Malal, Director of Studies, Planning and Cooperation, and Mr. Sidi Ould Hadd, Legal Advisor.
