First Lady Oversees Launch of Benat Initiative

On 30 September, in Nouakchott, First Lady Dr. Mariem Fadel Dah oversaw the official launch of the Benat Initiative.

The initiative was launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Children, and Family, in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). It aims to defend the rights of girls and empower them.
