President congratulates Canada’s Governor General

HE President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent on Monday the following congratulatory cable to H.E. Mrs. Marie Simon, Governor General of Canada:
“Madam Governor General.
The celebration of your country’s National Day gives me a happy opportunity to extend to you my warmest congratulations and best wishes for progress and prosperity to the friendly Canadian people.
I take this opportunity to assure you of our willingness to work with Your Excellency to develop and strengthen the existing relations of friendship and cooperation between our two countries.
