Nouakchott Diplomatic Club congratulates the President of the Republic on Mauritania’s Victory as President of the AfDB

The Nouakchott Diplomatic Club expressed its warm congratulations to His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, for his tremendous efforts that resulted in the election of Dr. Sid Ould Tah as President of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group.

In a statement, of which the Mauritanian News Agency received a copy, the club pointed out that the composition of the list of voters in the election of the Bank’s President demonstrates the trust and consideration that our country has come to enjoy under the leadership of the President of the Republic, not only at the African level, but also among the most important actors in the international financial community.
