The Federation of News Agencies “Islamic Cooperation” signs a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Islamic Solidarity Fund

The Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA) signed today (February 26, 2025) a memorandum of cooperation with the Islamic Solidarity Fund, in the presence of His Excellency the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha.
The memorandum was signed within the framework of the 68th session of the Permanent Council of the Islamic Solidarity Fund, which began today at the headquarters of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Jeddah and will conclude tomorrow.
The memorandum was signed on behalf of the Union by the Director General, Mr. Mohammed bin Abd Rabbo Al-Yami, while it was signed on behalf of the Islamic Solidarity Fund by the Fund’s Executive Director, Mr. Mohammed bin Suleiman Aba Al-Khail.
The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation between the two bodies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, media coverage, in addition to preparing and producing various reports and studies, organizing workshops and training courses, and specialized media forums for the benefit of the two parties’ employees and media professionals in member news agencies.
