Foreign Minister Decorates Mauritania’s Honorary Consul to Spanish City of Murcia

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismael Ould Cheikh Ahmed, decorated, on behalf of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, on Tuesday the honorary consul of our country to the Spanish city of Murcia, HE Mr. Alphonso Torrès.

The decoration aims to show the appreciation to the consul’s collaboration as the president of Chinguetti’s charitable organization, which has made plenty of achievements in collaboration with the city of Chinguetti, particulary the construction of a self-funded hospital.
