Activities accompanying the Rasheed Cultural Days event continue

The fourth edition of the Days of Rachid, the version of the late Sidi Ahmed Ould Agjah, which kicked off on August 14, 2024 in the city of Racheed, under the high patronage of His Excellency the President of the Republic.HE. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani Continues for the second day in the historic city.

The second day of the event was marked by the organization of many activities that have a positive impact on the city’s population, such as the launch of cultural and sports competitions in the Holy Quran, poetry and football, in addition to other competitions in various fields, with the aim of benefiting the population more.

The second day also witnessed the presentation of cultural lectures, which delved into the importance of the city historically and its pivotal role in curbing colonial ambitions at the time, and the resistance provided by the mujahideen of valor written by history in its eternal pages, and these lectures were revived by Scholars and researchers, each according to his specialization.

During its second evening, the event also included poetry recitations and plays, which focused on the rich cultural and historical role of the city, in addition to musical connections revived by capable artists.
