Main qualifications
N’Guenor Codioro Haroune has been a project manager in the Cabinet since October 3, 2022
of the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development. He previously worked as a
Senior Manager at Deloitte International. He has nearly
20 years in the fields of Consulting, Audit, Statutory Auditing and Expertise
Accountant. He has also been in charge of several reorganization consulting and audit missions
internal and due diligence. He was involved in the internal functions of Deloitte’s
Casablanca where he was responsible for training.
He also served for nearly 15 years as a University Professor at the University of
Hassan II University of Casablanca (Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences)
and the University of Nouakchott, where he led courses in accounting and financial auditing, auditing
Sectoral, In-depth General Accounting, Corporate Finance and the Issue

o Member of the committee in charge of the reflection on the redesign of the SCAPP
